Title: Where's my sign? Post by raydawg on 10/31/12 at 17:33:37 I wish I was kid'n, but I ain't. Well I have run out of, or had to flip to reserve gas, around 6 times, at the very same spot/location. I thought, gee, how odd, what are the chances, do I ride like clock work or what? Same spot, be it on my Rebel or S40, dang. Well, I thunk a lil' more about it as I had to flip it again yesterday and I think I figgered it out. It's on a rather long down hill slope, bout 30 degrees, or so. Uh, duh. :-? |

Maybe you could plant a roadside marker a couple of blocks before that stop,.. to remind you to gas up... ... or, stash a gallon jug near there... :-?... PS,.. don't drive a Hummer... you'll lose yer' whole paycheck every time you pass that spot... ;D ;D ;D... |
