There are many comments about easy grounding when riding with "spirit" in curves. Not the bikes fault, though. Kinda like riding the Savage in a hill climb. You just don't. |

Its just stupid to take a bike, designed for open road cruising & take it canyon carving. That road is plenty safe for a bike like that, but not at "Get a thrill in a corner" speeds. Its a Boat, it needs to be maneuvered thru the obstacles at speeds IT will navigate them at. YOu cant take a boat & just Will it to be a cafe racer for 5 minutes. & Yea, Ill bet that vette owner is a little steamed that he got clobbered by a biker who lost his focus & failed to get his speed down to what that bike would handle in that curve> I wonder how much the crash rate goes up when photogs are there versus when they arent. |

Allow no photogs, no sexy wimmens as bystanders, watch the crash rate. Bring in Photogs, watch the crash rate. Ditch photogs, bring in some hotties standing around, watching & waving, bikini clad recommended, watch crash rate. Bring in photogs, keep the hotties. watch the crash rate,, Of course, someone has to count the bikes on the road for each day. Probably be good to know the type of bike involved in crashes & the counts should include types of bikes.Rotch Crocket, Cafe, Cruiser, bagger |
