Anyone know of a replacement gas cap, preferably a non keyed, non leaking type ?

dont over fill & youll have no leaks

Yea just fill to the bottom of the metal collar, the pumps here in NC don't have the silly vapor catchers and they stop pumping right at the bottom of the collar for me every time ;)

Someone posted a cap that inserts into the tank & stays there, but it has a threaded center that just unscrews. It was nice lookin &, IIRC, not so spendy as to be prohibitive ( read: relatively affordable, which is unlike MY relatives)
Now,, youre gonna ask where to find it & I cant help,, so,, Im sorry,,
But theres no gas cap I know of that drops straight in like ours. For all I know, the one I just described wont work. Hopefully, whoever posted that will drop in, or maybe that will JoG someones memory & they can find it for you,

I believe the one JOG is refering to was from JC Whitney, the post was in the beginning of the summer if we're thinking of the same one.
