What size tap do I need to finish the threads on the rear fender frame holes? Is it a tube that was welded in or can I drill it out and retap at a larger size? I need a bolt to stick out so I can attatch my solo seat to it. Thanks!

It's M8x1.25 I did it on mine. These holes, right?
