Anyone know of a way to move the location? Like lower to the ground toward the engine?

Study & measure how far youd want to rotate it back. Remove it, cut off the front far enough ahead of where you want the edge to have enough out there to be able to finish it out. Take the part ya hacked off & weld it to the back side, cut off where ya want it. Season to taste.

Can you weld? Do you have an angle-grinder with a cut-off wheel? Have you ever used a screw-driver before?

You get it all figured out & cut like ya need it. Ill bet you can find a welder with a TIG who will stick it back together for ya. The guy who did my exhaust didnt even charge me, but then, I made sure to put every tool we used exactly where we got it from.

Even if ya dropped $40.00 on it, would that bother you?

You know youd have to grind it carefully & prime it & sand it several times to get it ready for paint, or grind it & put a thin layer of bondo on it,
