Tots are good. IF theyre cooked exactly right,I like to add Heinz 57 & mustard to th ketchup & lots of pepper for fries, too,

Try fries with mayonnaise, or better yet mayo with horseradish, instead of ketchup...

sweet pot fries for sure, only if they are cooked right though. Must be straight cut and dusted, frozen, then flash fried to perfection. ketchup all the way!

Home made fries cut thick from baking potatoes with the skin on, deep fried till brown in peanut oil with good quality malt vinegar, salt and pepper.
You guys don't have Harvy's in the States, (best burger chain on earth) but they used to cook their burgers over charcoal when they first started out. ( now they use gas) Their fries were to die for as they rarely changed the oil and cooked the hell out of them, and served them on a medium sized paper plate.

Funny that you ask this question. lol.. I actually
had some fries last Sat evening. Met up with friends
that had just returned from Sturgis, with my t-shirt.
I had a nice Turkey, avacado, pepper jack cheese, sandwich
grilled on Soudough bread. Had the fries as well. Yes I allowed
myself a treat.
I like to mix a little mayo and mustard along with a touch of
ketchup or tobasco for dipping sauce.. Yummy..
I didn't feel too guilty eating all that as went to work afterwards
and worked it off.. ;)
I like a nice baked sweet potato with a mixture of lemon juice
and spicy mustard instead of butter..
