I'm replacing the fork oil and the book says to put in 441cc. I only have a way of measuring milliliters. Any way to convert? Can't use the "suck it off the top" tool as the forks are on the bike and not verticle.

One cc (cubic centimeter) equals one ml (milliliter). There is no rounding - the conversion is exact.

A CC can measure a solid or a liquid, a Mili Liter is a liquid measurement or volumetric measurement,, If you can make it be a cube, its also a centimeter on each side, One one thousandth of a liter = a Mili Liter.
& yea,, the metric system is a handy dude,,

Here's a handy converter that will pretty much convert anything to anything (linear, volume, weight, pressure, etc). It's a small download, free, and doesn't need to be installed. I keep a shortcut in my quicklaunch area and use it all the time.
