Title: 1986 Savage Jetting issues Post by thumperev55 on 07/28/12 at 12:18:37 Hey Folks, Just bought a 1986 Savage....The carb was immediately an issue...Boiled it out but weird jetting...157.5 on the main and 47.5 on the pilot....Looks like a Jardine slip-on muffler. I plan on running a pod air filter....Please help with any jetting suggestions to start from scratch....Thanks |

It runs really good. I did notice a pop in the exhaust on certain rpms during shifting. That does not bother me to much but, would like to hear more about your experience so far. |
