The Flea Flicker just turned 42K, so these Metzler 880s have 15K on them. Keep in mind, I am a 300+ lb rider, and the daytime temp in Tucson has been at or over 100 for a couple of months now.

For the fun of it, while looking for tires I priced a set of Metz 880s -- like I said, at $400+ for a set it was just me looking for the fun of it.

Nice tires, though.

A while back we did a cost per mile tire life discussion and Metz came in equivalent to Dunlops, etc or a little cheaper when figured as price per mile.

If you buy the Metz you know you have bought the very best tire going .... not much doubt about that.

Those look brand new. :)

I just ordered an ME880 for my rear tire, Avon Cobra for the front. 8-)
