Is it possuble to change the pilot jet & do the spacer mod by rotating the carb in place with no tank or seat removal? thanks

Maybe, just barely,...  
Jets for sure,.. the top, I just don't know...
...but, you'll end up working harder and longer...

You don't have to pull the tank to pull the carb... just the seat and battery box... left side cover is a help...

YOu can try it, but if its stock screws in the carb, I think youd be ahead having it on a bench. In a Vise , preferably. Use a rag & dont crush it.
