I have a Raptor ordered, new K&N filter on its way, new HD muffler bought off eBay, have ordered a jetset from Lancer and will pick up an iridium plug when I put it all together. I have also got an oil filter and will change to decent oil when I do all this. So my question is have I forgotten anything that i should do at the same time ?

It would be a good time to do the plug door mod. Then you can get to it with the tank on.

And you'll need a six pack.

I can't recommend a brand though, for fear of starting an "Oil War" over beer preferences!! ;)

HA! I was gonna add beer to my post,, & Im not skeert of any oil war here.

The best cheap beer is Miller High Life & if yer gonna spend a bit more, the best good beer for the buck is Shiner Bock, Made in Texas & probably not available where you are.[/quote]

When I was in the army in Fort Knox most of the bars had Wiedemamn beer I really liked it ,but I don't see it around here.It was a little cheaper than other beer.

I dont even want to talk about the shade of brown the ale is.,
but I am curious about just exactly whose nuts they made the color match.

Depending on the mileage of your bike, you might want to check the cam chain tensioner while you're down there.

Moosehead makes for a nice ~~hit~~ hot weather workin' beer...
