Title: Stock shock travel. Post by arteacher on 06/14/12 at 15:35:04 Could someone tell me the amount of travel the stock shocks have? |
Title: Re: Stock shock travel. Post by Cavi Mike on 06/14/12 at 15:44:43 The rear ones? A little over 1-3/4" to the bumpstop - but mind you that's the shock only and has no relation to the amount the wheel itself can travel. Due to the shock being at a 45deg angle, the axle being another 4" behind the shock with the pivot being 15" ahead of it, the wheel has substantially more travel than that. |

Title: Re: Stock shock travel. Post by WD on 06/15/12 at 13:09:36 Stock shock travel? Insufficient, I was always bottoming mine out. 230# should not be enough on shock setting 5 to bottom out. >:( |
