I seem to remember reading somewhere that it was 28 HP.

You can always say "If I remember correctly, it was less than 100hp".

Horse Power @ RPM: 31 hp @ 5400 rpm

That's rated at the crankshaft. Rear wheel hp you get to the pavement is in the 25-26 range.

Dyno reports posted in the past when comparing stock to after exhaust/jetting & tuning changes show the rear wheel hp going from 25/26 to 30/31.
That is a nice bump for such small & easy changes.

Hey Lancer; which upgrades get those results exactly?
Cone filter and Dyna exhaust with proper jetting for example; I know a lot of guys here have done that. Has anyone been Dyno tested with that set up? Or any other set up that's similar?
Just for fun, anyone know what the MAX HP anyone has wrung out of one of these beasts?
