What should I expect to pay to have baseline pulls on a dyno? No tuning.

Local guy in East Texas wanted ( IIRC, its been about 3 years since I talked to him) ~$80.00 for the first run, subsequent runs to get tuning right were less than $20.00, maybe just 10,, Im not sure any more.

I've seen $25 at some bike night foolery... $50 to $75 at a dyno shop...

For just a roll on it should be from 35 to 45. for an all gear roll on a little more. Tuning is where it costs the hourly rate. At least this is the range of most shops I've worked at.

A friend of mine does them for $75 but just call around because you're also going to need to keep going back to the same dyno every time. Every dyno shop sets theirs up a bit different so you're never going to get the same result at each shop. If you want to know how much power you've gained/lost from each modification, you have to return to the same place. Point being; pick the shop you want to return to, don't just pick the cheapest place.
