How can I get rid of it? I know its the headlight because when I'm going and it rattles, I put my hand on it and it stops.

I'm thinking of lining where the cover meets the well with electrical tape to reduce the chatter.

any other ideas?

there are a couple of fixes in the tech section

but, there are a couple of places the rattle comes from, wiring and the aiming assembly. some shove rags in behind the bulb inside the housing. but I would be concerned about them getting too hot and providing a different kind of... "light" :-?

I shoved rubber tubing around the aiming assembly inbetween the outer frame and the inner.
