I purchased one of these today http://www.kuryakyn.com/Products/262/Universal-Throttle-Boss. Man, what a difference! I have a problem with my hands going numb if I don't move them. Heck, my hands go numb when using a fork at dinner! Anyway, it allowed me to relax my grip on the throttle and wriggle my fingers every couple minutes. I highly recommend this. Also, if you slide it down so some of it is over the cap on the bars, it acts like a cruise control. :o

I used to eat till the fork got heavy..now Im heavy.

One difference with the rake kit is that the risers are bolted to the tree without any cushioning, unlike the stock tree, so the bars vibrate more. I now find the Brakeaway throttle lock much more useful to relax my hand.
