Title: Multifunnel Post by Arizuno on 04/29/12 at 17:04:32 I posted a reference to this in the Tech section the other day, but it doesn't look like many are reading it. This is a REALLY handy funnel. It's offset design makes adding oil much, much easier. http://emultifunnel.com/ |
Title: Re: Multifunnel Post by Oldfeller on 04/29/12 at 17:20:45 Is a neat plastic funnel worth a tech post? A standard long tin funnel works just fine as a hot pipe won't melt it and it can rest against the pipe without tying up a hand .... |
Title: Re: Multifunnel Post by Arizuno on 04/29/12 at 18:06:28 If the pipe's hot, chances are I'm not using ANY kind of funnel. This thing takes up little space, has a decent capacity, and can be put in place with minimal finageling. Worth a tech post? Or any post? I dunno... |
Title: Re: Multifunnel Post by justin_o_guy2 on 04/29/12 at 22:45:09 Looks small on the outlet, slow to pass the fluid. Ive got more funnels than I can even list off hand. A stack of them all on a plastic stringer, I guess theres 4 there, then a big black one, a tiny one I use rarely, a blue one kinda like yours, but with a much wider exit. A handy one to have is one of the premix funnels. Long tube out, valve in the bottom, graduated , clear funnel with handle, Cleanliness is key., |

Yep.... That's why I like the "Clean Funnel." Been usin' mine for years. http://cleanfunnel.com/hp_zencart/images/420-yellow.jpg As a bonus, the threads on the small end screw right into the oil filler hole on several of my bikes (Savage included). I just screw it in and it stands up all by its lonesome as I pour the fresh motor oil in. Me like! |

;D Apparently it's a "REVOLUTION" and I suppose if it's worth a 4 minute video, it's worth a thread. Looks useful, but really I got the point about 36 seconds in |

I wanted to stick that funnel in his mouth and pour some anti-freeze down his throat. ;) |
