when I give them a little tug at slow speeds, i notice the right fork dipps lower than the left. Is this normal? or should both compress uniformly? If this is un-normal should changin the fluid help??

never noticed before.

check the fluid levels in the forks
jack up front end
pop the caps
lower a dip stick the same amount on both sides.

Is yer' axle tight?... don't see how that can be observed...
