Title: Re: Rno Cycles Slick Chick Post by Oldfeller on 04/05/12 at 22:20:38 If it is supercharged, why doesn't it have the take off gear for the belt on the alternator side? Sorry, if it is anything, it is a turbo .... http://www.rnocycles.nl/images/motorcycles/01_Lucky%20Bastard/Lucky%20Bastard%2001.jpg |

Title: Re: Rno Cycles Slick Chick Post by Savage_Rob on 04/06/12 at 08:26:58 That's what I thought. So that pipe really does circle all the way around so it can burn your left leg off. |
Title: Re: Rno Cycles Slick Chick Post by verslagen1 on 04/06/12 at 09:12:04 Lucky Bastard I wanted to build an extreme minimalistic bike. I noticed the Suzuki LS650 because of the large capacity of the single cylinder engine. And when she is stripped of a lot of parts she looks already quite nice; a good base to start from. By the end of the build I thought, I will enter this project for a bike show. To make a long story short, I had a fantastic time at the Bigtwin Bike Show in November 2007 where I won first prize in the Custom Class! Engine: Suzuki LS650 Savage, 1 cylinder 652cc, 5 speed Completely overhauled by Rno Cycles, painted and polished Carburetor: Mikuni, with K&N filter Exhaust: Stainless steel by Rno Cycles Frame: Suzuki LS650, modified by Rno Cycles. Swing arm: Stainless Steel by Rno Cycles Front fork: Suzuki LS650 overhauled by Rno Cycles Yokes by Rno Cycles (6° raked) Front wheel: Honda CBR900RR 16in Tyre: Bridgestone Battlax BT014 130/70 Rear wheel: Honda CBR900RR 17in Tyre: Bridgestone Battlax BT014 180/55. Brakes: Front caliper; Nissin (Honda CBR900RR), Rear caliper; Brembo Hoses; Goodridge stainless steel Tank: Stainless steel by Rno Cycles (1 half tank, other half houses electrics) Various: Seat, Handlebar, Footpegs, Battery box, Sidemount by Rno Cycles. And countless "One-Off" stainless steel handcrafted parts. This fusion bike has a handshifter with a clutch lever attached to it. |
