What is the difference between these models? LS650PX/PK3 , LS650PK , LS650PS PT PV?

The "p" designation means '93 model. The other letters probably are market related ie California Europe Australia etc.

the P designates Pull back or what we call buck horn handlebars
vs. D for drag

the rest is year code.

This is off the subject,but Suzuki related.
Sometimes year codes depend on the series of bikes.
On the "GS" series the year codes below 83 are completely different.
An 81 is a"X",an 82 is a"Z",then an 83 is a "D" and an 84 is a"E" like the list above.
