Post by Serowbot on 03/01/12 at 12:41:27 I cut a circle of expanded metal,.. bashed a curve into it on a sorta' round rock with a rubber mallet,.. then installed with a pair of those bendy wire loom holders, so I can remove it to clean the headlight... It would stop the cut edges from scratching the light and make it look finished. I had a Land Cruiser and put fog, driving, and rain lights on it, and made guards like yours for all of them. BTW, you are losing 10-20% of the brightness with that. Check it out with a light meter some night. |
