Oh, I totally agree that the mind and body needs to be active every day we live. The only thing is TIME limitations. Gotta set your priorities on what you do & when, based upon your personal needs and desires.
For now my focus is on my new wife 8-), getting my body back in shape from the down time following the accident and working to get the Performance Parts business back up and running properly.
Throw in kids/grandkids etc and time is completely consumed.

hey, i play, chords & lyrics are there but what about the melody?

I started playing it to the tune of the xmas classic:
