Title: The Law Firm That RIDES
Post by built2last66 on 01/12/12 at 15:53:00

I came across a free beer coozie and keychain down at the bike shop today for "Tom McGrath's Motorcycle Law Group". On their site they have some good driving laws listed for different states and offer free wallet carrying cards for what to do if you're in an accident. Seems they're just representing VA, NC, and SC... but still, if you're in an accident and don't know who to call they may can help!

Interesting legal marketing.  Sure is a niche practice.  For McGrath's group, he probbably does a little better being in a part of the country with mild and short winters, and hence, a much longer riding season than here in Ohio where it's 19 degrees and snowing today.  More opportunity for accidents down there.

Law Tigers appears to be a network referral operation, not a law firm in itself.

I personally don't know of any lawyers here in Ohio who call themselves motorcycle specialists, although there may be one or more.

Yep - he sounds like a good guy, as lawyers go <g>.  And that comment comes from a lawyer <g>.  I always like to poke fun at my own profession.

Aha you shoulda seen when they were trying to ban colors on jackets from bars here in the capital of VA, ABC was trying to do it... there were about 10 diffrent MC's (1%) that showed up for the hearing and one of them was a lawyer (maybe I should say Attourney?) contending it.. and they eventually won..
