I changed my original shocks (10.5") to the Progressive suspension shocks (11").

Is there anything I should worry about with changing the oil? Won't the new shock throw off the oil window?

Not enough to worry about.

at least I didn't notice a difference.

Have some one sit on the bike that will get the rear down,And it makes it easier to check the oil because there holding up the bike. 8-)
