What does it make me if I drive like a squid, but I'm wearing full gear, have a loud exhaust, squeaky brakes, a bright green vest, and Seafoam in my gas tank?

Some people just don't get it. :-? If you don't want to wear ATGATT, fine, but ride sensibly. Personally, I wear ATGATT, it changes my thought pattern and readies my senses for riding. As I warm up the bike, I put my gear and my mind sharpens. I love the feel of a FF, gloves, boots and jacket w/ armor. 8-)

Pulling a wheelie at speed is just crying out Mr. Murphy's name. ;)

Haha, nice. I should ask my dad that next time I see him hop on his ride with just sandals, cut off t-shirt, shorts, bandana, and sunglasses. He's an oldschool squid. Back in his day safety meant only drinking enough beers to stay upright while on the motorcycle ::)
