Being a horrible Tech guy & a more mechanical kinda thinker, my first inclination for "Embedding" video would be too brutal to explain here. I will say this, it would be very uncomfortable for someone..

If it's a youtube video,... just cut n' paste the URL in between the "Embed" brackets... (5th message icon)
