Title: Oil tank thingy.
Post by arteacher on 09/13/11 at 16:14:25

Does anyone have any ideas on how to carry a liter or two of oil in the space where the California bikes have the charcoal canister? I carry a liter in my saddlebag, but would rather have the space for other stuff.

Open charcoal canister. Replace coal with oil. Close canister  :D

I've had an idea for some time now to use old propane cans as a gas can.
The short fat ones would probably fit under there.
and there should be quick over center latches to retain it.
check camping and rv stores.

this is for air, oil tank conversion should be no brainer...
