No problem!... Come on over!... I got a tiny 12 x 12ft shop, but it'll do... ;)...

Nice cans!... Your cupboard is very tidy!...  ;D...

Seriously,... you don't need a shop for that job... just a really good screwdriver and about 20 minutes...
Loosen the boot clamps,...
Tilt the carb toward you little...
Take out the floatbowl screws... (might need to pull the battery and box)...
remove and swap the jets...
Put things back...

Easy as toast... ;)...

20 minutes you say? I might as well go read it up in the tech forum again.. I just can't run that RAASK till I do it... and if I have to take it back to the Suzuki place again because I stripped something... eh heh... they already think I'm a bit off cause I joked around and called my bike a Harley...

I usually burn my toast  >:(

Shall I grab any of these brand spankin' new tin cans? If they fall off the fork lift and touch the ground they can't be used, therefore there's a lot laying around... :D

Just be carrreful trying to get that pilot jet out. It's a bit tricky and if it's tight, you could start stripping it. They are soft.

Also, be careful when replacing the main. Don't 'push' on it or it'll retreat into the hold. Don't forget the washer... and carefully and gently rethread the new jet in there. If you can do them both without taking the carb off, you've scored big time...

Definitely take the battery and battery box out.

Finally, you may wish to replace the bowl screws with stainless hex bolts and lock washers. And while you're at it, get a solo allen wrench for them. Only about 75 cents or something.

Finally, you're gonna need a small and short screw driver to get that pilot out.

Good luck.
