Where can I get BLACK 11-11.5 inch shocks, what other bikes have the same fitment so I can search for them?

As far any other bikes using it, idk

but you can custom order them from at least progressive suspension.

The ones Ryca uses are Progressive 440 series, which are available in black.

Maybe Progressive can tell you exactly which model of 440's to look for to get the length you want with the right eyelets.
