Title: electronic dash
Post by kernel ken on 08/21/11 at 12:48:57

In the last month or so I remember seeing a post that dealt with an electronic dash someone purchased. It could display speed, rpm, miles traveled and some how could act as a dynamometer. It had other capabilities also.

At the time I thought it sounded neat and I wanted to get more info on it.

Now I can't find the post. I've done several searches using differen phrases but so far no luck.

Does anyone remember that post? And if so, can you guide me back to it?

I'd appreciate any help you can offer

Yes. Google "Vapor electronic dash", and the 1st website listed takes you right to their home page, Vapor digital guages. Sounds like mostly off road with accessories. No Dyno. Just speed, temp, distance, tach and clock. If you go to the model specific link under the "Adventure-Sport" section, they list Suzuki DR650 and SV650. Not sure if they would fit on ours, but there's all kinds of info to read up on it. I did not see any pricing, or tech info as far as how to hook it all up and whatnot. Check it out.

Dasch, I did a Google search. It's Trail Tech Vapor Digital Gauge.  Here's the link in case anyone else is interested.

Thanks for the help!

Another one is veypor...

If you're looking for the dyno, that's it.
It'll also estimate your gas consumption and tell you what you got in the tank.

I came across another site. Looks pretty neat also.

If anyone comes across others, please post them.
