Do i need to adjust the carb if i installed straigh 2" drap pipe with no baffle???  if so can anyone tell me what i need to do?  appreciate any help i can get.

ive replaced the stock muffler with a 26" long straigh pipe exhaust pipe.

Must be kinda noisy.  You're going to sterilize yourself and go blind until you quiet it down some.

It'll also be slower until you get a baffle in it and rejet the carb.

Would you do me a favor and ask Bill67 why a 250 needs different oil than a 650?

To start drop the fuel bowl the the jets are up in the carb,I would go up 1 #on low speed and 3# on hight speed,And see how it runs.Then you might have to take of top of carb and put in smaller jet needle spacer or no spacer.

I think 3 sizes is not enough. I would do 4 sizes unless you live at nose-bleed altitudes And you probably will never get it tuned real well until you put some kind of baffle in the pipe.
