i am looking at a liscense plate frame, and it said most metric and 3/4 axle bolt. the link is what i am looking at.

The rear axle bolt just a little shy of 16.5 mm all the way across, left to right, right to left. That converts to 0.65 in. -- a little more than 2/3 inch.

My handy dandy chart says 17mm or .669"
