Hello
First I apologize for my bad English. I am in the state of Sao Paulo - Brazil.
I found a lot of important information in this forum. I liked and I registered.
I own a Suzuki Savage and I am restoring and customizing it.
I would like to share with you the steps of building my bike.

Welcome and dont worry about a slight accent on your english.
We uns gots native born kids cant spell er talk english well.
Seriously, with the types of pics serowbot posts on occasion(and gets away with) NOONE is going to mind you dropping a vowel or mis-useing a verb. :D

Brazil. Man id love to hit the beachs down there. I hear the eye candy is Nice. Like to see carnival at least once to. ;D

Welcome! Sweet looking bike and I love your Z-bars. I wish I could read what you wrote about them, I assume you made them yourself?

And yes, don't worry about your English. You did well on your first post. We often use broken-English, so feel free to ask for clarification from us also.

The motorcycle is so wonderful that even make new friends over the Internet.
I usually say that the bike is a detail in the life of a motorcyclist. The important thing is the environment.
Responding to Babyhog, z-bar was made [ch8203][ch8203]by me and many parts are being adapted. The suzuki savage stopped being produced in Brazil to 10 years. There is no sale of parts here.

This is a neat forum and you are truly welcome. Any friend of Pele is a friend of mine? And that XUXA is pretty special as well. For all us americans just google Xuxa. she's one of the world's richest women and in her day was a gorgeous rocket babe.

I love your fabrication work. You ever come stateside for a visit I'm sure there's plenty of pals on this forum who will let you stay and ride awhile. I'm in south Georgia.

I can slightly undersand Portuguese because I speak Spanish, if I read correctly, you had to do some welding in the engine?

Hello Edgar
I had to solder the cable that connects the neutral inside the engine.
The problem was not finding the glue that joins the lid on the motor frame to close it.
I had to make one!
In Brazil we manufacture more parts of the savage. As was mentioned previously.
Any change on the bike, you will have to make sure the spare part!

Andrels, welcome. looks like you are doing some hand fabrication. That will make it uniquely yours. And you have a little helper. Don't worry about your English. As was mentioned before, we don't all get it straight around here. I have a tip that we Americans use when someone from another country doesn't understand...we talk really loud. ;D Good luck. :)
