Here is the most recent post about saddlebags....

There are many more available.  Do a search on "saddlebags" by clicking on the "Search" tab above.  Make sure to change the time frame search criteria from one week to however far you want to go back. :)

Many of the throwover type bags will work, but if you want anything with much for size you will need to relocate the rear signals. Couple of good mods in the tech section for doing that. Good luck  8-)

Surprise, I'm gonna skip all those off-topic comments  LOL

I have the Saddlemen Drifters (medium).  I think it looks pretty beefy.

Don't look bad compared to a couple much bigger HDs either.

I picked mine up from ebay for about 25-30 if I remember correctly. The only think I don't like about them is they are velcro close only, wish they had a strap of some sort because every once in a while I notice them flapping in the wind  :(

Now piglet, without YOU in the pic WE can't tell how meaty them bags make IT look. :D ;)

Ejid, someone had the same type of problem awhile back and added buckles and straps. Cant remember who it was.
Coule of buckles from wal-mart, an old(or new) belt, couple of stout needles and good thread and your in buisness.

My bags had buckles like a normal belt and I replaced them with quick release buckles. I bought them at the fabric shop. Wasn't easy but they sure work easier.  I got the bags from denniskirk.com.  Not sure if they still sell them but I got them for like $35 clearance. I love them.

And Wolfman, you just wanna see my a$s. LOL  ;)

My rearend is pleny meaty already.  But this is what I recently added to my bike and I love it.  Easy to install, comes with all needed parts to put it on.

I have no idea, I dont have a sissy bar. If I can get around to it, I'll take pics of what it looks like on my bike and post them.   ;)

It wouldn't work with sissy bar its 15 inches long and I measured and you only have 10 inches till it would hit sissy bar.
