Title: I'm moving Post by ALfromN.H. on 07/18/11 at 17:10:16 well, I just put a deposit on a mobile home. I bought one for my daughter a couple months ago while I'm still living in a room in brothers house for the last ten years. So i found a nice little place that the owner(a little old lady) passed away a few months ago. She took really good care of the place. It looks like new inside. I'll be closing in a couple weeks I guess. I'll have to buy some furniture for the living room and a new tv. I'll have to buy a lawnmower. Looking forward to being able to actually work on my bike out of the weather. I'm hoping I might be able to fit a pool table in the garage and still have room to park the bikes. We'll see. AL |

When our central unit died I was at a loss for how to pay to get it fixed,, decided to put window units in,, spent about $600.00 for 4 units back then. The drop in electric bil;l was so huge, I saved the cost of the window units in 4 to 5 months of cooling bills. If youre gonna be alone there, you can save a ton by just putting a window unit in your bedroom. Not cooling the whole house so you can sleep is a major savings. A unit in the living room & closing doors & voila,, huge savings.. IF that central unit is healthy, run it a little bit every few days, just to keep the seals happy. |

Leaf peeping season is always nice around here. Then there's bike week in june every year. Anyone ski? we have some good ski mountains too. Beach isn't far from here. AL |

I have a 20 inch RCA tv in the bedroom for $20. Women get notional and want new furniture even though theirs is still good. CL has bunches of good stuff to furnish a home. Congratulations on your new space. |
