I finally figured out why I love this Li'l thumper sooo much. It's the big single thump and rhythmic vibrations. It takes me back to the days of my Rupp Minibike with the 6 HP. engine. It's the same pull, sound and vibes. I don't know why some peeps don't like the sound of the thumper, I prefer it to my V-twin Kawi.
PO did the spacer mod, jet and drilled the idle mixture plug. It pulls like a Son of gun, and still had plenty left at 70MPH. Forward controls, seat mod(maybe a Corbin) and it will be perfect. It was too much for my buddy's V-Star 650 today. He won't let me use the Vulcan 800 when we ride or he won't go, he says that is downright unfair. ;D Go figure... ;)
