I see a bunch of inexpensive air filter replacements for the stock air box on eBay. Almost all of them are EMGO brand. Are they any good?

Sure... Suzuki don't make their own filters anyway... They're probably relabeled EMGO or some other cheapy brand...

I use Hiflofiltro # HFA 3608 for my '01. Perfect fit. $15 from my Suzuki dealer. OE is about $40. www.hiflofiltro.com.

Emgo filters are fine. The Suzuki/Honda/Yamaha dealer in Auburn Wa buys them from the shop I used to work at and repackages them in OEM boxes for people who change their own.

I've used Emgo oil/air filter on mine for years. Just don't use Emgo chrome or rubber parts.
