Hi guys,

I've done a search and still haven't found the answer to this simple question.

Where does the negative lead ground out to? I know that I should be able to bolt it down to anything that is grounded but I'd like to know where it is intended to be fastened.

the cable connects to the bolt on the case by the oil level window.

So it goes from the upper left side of the bike to the lower right side... seems kinda roundabout.

oh well, I guess my battery box comes off yet again.
