Title: Ryca build: deleting Decomp = removing controller?

I havent found a simple answer on all the wiring threads. When not using the decomp solenoid, can we simply remove the controller as well? Do we need to rewire part of the harness or add jumpers if so? I hate deleting components and just tying wires together. I'd rather completely eliminate wires back to their source for cleaner assemblies. I'm looking at the wiring diagram and it looks like the decomp controller powers the starter relay. Looks like I should take the wire from the starter switch and have it directly go to the starter relay instead of the decomp controller right?

also for the ryca tail light, will the signals work? I am using LED front signal lights.
