Fuel hose, vacuum hose to the petcock and... bowl vents? Where do these suckers go? And why does the petcock need vacuum?

lol can of worms!

petcock- most call it a safety feature others call it a PITA how ever you look at it they don't last forever and you wont know it was bad until you rebuild it or replace it(stock or not)

Yup,.. they are vent tubes... They attach to nothing, but must be open to atmosphere and higher than the carb...
Loop them up into the frame like so...
