Title: Simple way to hide voltage regulator? Post by SoE on 06/07/11 at 06:58:56 I want to use a stock fender without the passenger seat. Any ideas on a simple way to reposition the voltage reg? |

Title: Re: Simple way to hide voltage regulator? Post by WD on 06/07/11 at 16:43:31 Mine has been in the airbox for roughly 11-12 years, no problems. Just take off the air box door and leave it off. Side cover will cover the hole just fine. |

Title: Re: Simple way to hide voltage regulator? Post by jfsegar on 06/08/11 at 10:04:24 I was thinking about doing the same thing. Is it ok to put it in the air box while still using the stock filter? Or do you have a cone filter setup? Would keeping the air box door off affect how the filter performs? Thanks for the help. |
