Has to be created by a photo enhancement program as the sparks are going the opposite way the wheel is rotating. Max

OMG... the sparks may be photo shopped, but the riders are real....and thats what's skeery! lol   Shouldn't there be a "Wide Load" sign front and back? :-?   On the bright side...he doesn't need a back rest!
