Title: Oven cleaner Post by wombat on 05/12/11 at 21:25:02 The clear coat (lacquer?) on my engine cases and triple clamps are pretty ratty and I'd like to strip the stuff off. Someone has suggested oven cleaner. Has anyone tried this? Is there any other approach besides rubbing with abrassives? Dave
