I went through the info from my last post and found out alot thankyou. When we took apart the carb the needle jet will not come out. How the heck do you get it out if it is frozen in the hole? My boyfriend is thinking of just throwing the carb across the room with frustartion. The carb is currently soaking in carb cleaner to remove laquerish buildup.

Have you tried pushing in the other direction?

I ask because it took me a lot of futile pushing before I discovered it went out the other way.

At least now I don't feel quite as dumb. You're not the only one with that problem. Couldn't get mine out yesterday.

Trouble is, I've had that darn thing apart 3 times and I knew which way it came out before. Musta have been a brain F**T. I couldn't believe it.

I still miss her. Savage Wahine is one smart lady, very well rounded, able to do many things well..
