The old dextron for Fords was a little lighter, maybe 6-1/2 weight. A friend used to use it in his Honda motocrosser in the early 1980's, it was the "hot" setup for the old CR's. On the street I usually want something a little thicker, so i'll start with 15 weight when I get my Savage going on the street. |
