Hi, bought saddlebag brackets for the wives '98 Savage. She has suzuki backrest. Saddlebag brackets don't seem to be fitting. They are Highway Hawk I believe. Am I missing something or are these not meant to work with the luggage rack?

I'm not sure if its supposed to slide on over the bolt hole or what.

Those mount on the outside of the rail.
