Heres my problem. I have gas coming from under the tank, it's running down the black line that is connected to the clutch. possibly from the two lines that come from the carb that gets strapped up under the tank. Any ideas what this could be?

Take the tank off and see if it's leaking.

But more likely the float valve has failed.

float valve? How do i check this? pull carb off and clean?

engine off... do you got leak?
petcock in prime... do you got leak?

just an update. Pulled carb off and cleaned it. This fixed the problem.
