when bike shuts off alittle bit of gas comes from under the tank. Possibly the vacum hoses? what do you guys think?

the vacuum hose in notorious for cracking. But there are other possibilities such as a bad seal on the petcock, or a cracked fuel line. Check those three things, gauranteed its one of em.

Switch to Raptor petcock when you have some time, take vacuum out of the equation.

If you're only getting it at shutoff, then check the carb and vent lines.
If vent lines could be your float level is too high.
Could also be leaky bowl gasket.

From under the tank where exactly though? Something dripping down from the tank itself? Residual fuel is collected on the bottom engine?

If it helps it is running down the black line that connects to the clutch.
