I cant take this volt out. Turns and turns but would not come out. Any suggestions?

Put a wrench/socket on the other end.It is a long bolt that goes all the way through from peg mount to peg mount.

Thanks. Just came out with my hands. That's what I get when working alone and in my apartment complex parking deck with no light.
