Title: Back On The Road...Finally Post by ThumperKat on 02/28/11 at 14:54:32 Just finished all the work on my rusted ruby...still needs a paint job but...did the raptor petcock, new turn signals w/running lights (front and rear), tore carb down (cleaned and replaced some parts including mix screw), new cone filters, wrapped the header, new muffler (sounds great), recovered the seats, removed belt cover, muffler bracket, rear pegs..still need to tweak mix a bit but it is running very nicely.. hope to eventually relocate regulator to the air box, and do a bob job..a project for another day...i know i'm forgetting something, but oh well... will try to post some pics soon... keep riding!!! |
